This position is for candidates with the ability to create and monitor the company's accounting and finance operations. Located in the Collierville, Tennessee area, this Accounting Manager position would be on a permanent basis.

　　Responsibilities: Client Services: Provide high-quality accounting and financial services to clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and efficiency. Consultative Mindset: Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and challenges, offering strategic insights and solutions to optimize their financial positions. Leadership: Demonstrate proven leadership skills by guiding and mentoring entry level team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis and provide accurate and insightful reports to clients, assisting them in making informed business decisions. Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws, keeping abreast of changes and communicating implications to clients. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication, contributing to the overall success of the firm. Requirements Qualifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, demonstrating leadership and client service excellence. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, public accounting, and taxation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Visionary mindset with a commitment to long-term career growth.
