Description

　　There's a career-building opportunity for an experienced Senior Accountant to join an innovative company. As a Senior Accountant, you will be required to perform financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. This Senior Accountant role is located in Philadelphia.

　　How you will make an impact

　　Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly and annual billing reports and invoices.

　　Prepare actual expenses vs. approved budget reports for program directors.

　　Prepare program budgets and assist in the preparation of the corporate budget.

　　Prepare monthly financial statement package and board/management reports.

　　Correspond with funders regarding fiscal guidelines and discrepancies.

　　Reconcile general ledger accounts as needed.

　　Requirements

　　The ideal Senior Accountant candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education.

　　Other requirements for the Senior Accountant position include and are not limited to:

　　3 years of accounting experience

　　Proficiency with electronic data reporting and retrieval, electronic mail, and web-based applications.

　　Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

　　Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Jet Reports preferred.

　　Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

　　Strong problem solving.
