The Housing Services Manager providesoversight and leadership the housing programs in Portage Countyincluding the Hope Center Shelter and external housing. About the role: Develop and direct programs tomeet the needs of shelter residents and housing participants with regardto resolving homelessness, securing and/or maintaining housing.Supervises, monitors and evaluates the work performance of directreports. Conducts regular team meetings. Oversees case managementservices and coordinates efforts among case management staff to ensureconsistency in the delivery of services.
