Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive accounting tasks on a daily, quarterly, and annual basis.

Prepare and organize journal entries and reconcile accounts.

Track portfolio investments, intercompany funds, operating expenses, accruals, credit facility cash, revenue, and loan prepayments.

Collaborate on customer billings and prepare amortization schedules.

Provide additional analytical support to senior management.

Assist external auditors during the annual audit process.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in management company or fund accounting roles.

Hands-on experience required; candidates straight out of public accounting will not be considered.

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PowerPoint is a plus.

Strong analytical, multitasking, and project management skills.

Excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and adaptability.

Exceptional written, communication, and presentation skills.
