　　Job Summary

　　The Senior Accountant is responsible for analyzing the monthly results and first drafts of variance reporting to management. This role is key to providing accurate and timely financial information used to support both internal decision making and external constituents. The ideal candidate will have solid Accounting knowledge and experience, the ability and willingness to develop a deep understanding of the assigned business area(s), and aspirations to further develop a career in Accounting/Corporate Finance.

　　Prepares and uploads monthly journal entries to the General LedgerConducts balance sheet account analysis and reconciliationsConducts comprehensive and meaningful Budget and Forecast vs. Actual analysisEnsures all journal entries properly reflect the operating performance of the business are recorded in accordance with GAAPReviews and approves vendor invoicesWorks as part of a cohesive team that will be expected to successfully meet tight deadlines and respond quickly to changes in business environment to ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting in conformance with GAAPRecommends and implements enhancements to current processes to improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting. CPA preferred4 years of general accounting experienceStrong problem solving and analytical skillsAbility and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet critical business deadlinesHighly proficient in Office 365/Google Docs, with advanced Microsoft Excel skillsExperience working with Oracle Applications (Ledger, Payables, Purchasing, Assets) preferred
