  Manage dsm-firmenich long term business development across all Taste segments (Sweet goods, Beverages & Savory) with a major Key Global Account in North America. Lead and manage the account on a regional level to grow sales and profitability according to the set global and regional objectives. Contributes to the global strategy of the KGA taking direction from the Global Head Taste, Texture and Health for the account and continues to support and sustain the ways of working and governance as well as hunting for new opportunities and being mindful of possible risks.

  Your key responsibilities• Lead the business strategy and growth for NAM and constantly seek new business opportunities along the entire value chain, including disruptive innovation ideas where relevant. • Maintain and develop strong relationship within customer network which continues to result in a successful long-term business relationship. • Be the customers’ ‘voice’ within dsm-firmenich, through effective communication with all internal partners: Technical, Creation, Marketing, Innovation, Pricing, Operations.• Manage reactive and proactive customer projects, in close collaboration with the BU teams and support functions from both Taste and Ingredient Solutions within TTH • Implement strategy as developed by global leads and manage local commercial agreements, pricing, budgets, forecasts• Contributes to validate the requirements for the identification and selection of new technologies, flavor and ingredient solutions, flavor portfolios.

  You bring• + 8 years of successful commercial or technical experience in the Food & Beverage industry• Ability to develop successful client relationship with large accounts.• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills and drive for results and strategic thinking• Thorough business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with a sound ability to deal with ambiguity.• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship skills, with a thorough team player mindset• Flavor industry knowledge will be an advantage.
