As a SeniorAccount Executive, you will be responsible for managing and nurturingexisting accounts valued over \$1M annually, by identifying key decisionmakers and developing relationships to drive revenue growth and customersatisfaction. This position actively drives and manages the overallsales process and will work closely with marketing, merchandising,planning, sourcing, and operations to ensure that customer requirementsare fully met. You will work closely with a dynamic sales enablementteam to achieve sales targets and create meaningful businessrelationships. You will be the owner of all account level strategies foryour portfolio of accounts. * Identify and engage with keydecision-makers within client organizations, establishing strong andinfluential connections. * Meet or exceed annual sales targets aspresented by sales leadership. * Develop and implement comprehensivestrategies for strategic accounts to drive revenue growth and maximizeclient satisfaction. Conductthorough needs assessment with each customer to understand how they areusing Lands\' End products and uncover new sales opportunities and otherbuyers within the company. * Collaborate with internal teams togenerate and qualify leads and create sales opportunities withinexisting accounts. * Lead the strategic sales process, providingoversight and guidance from the initial contact through negotiation andfinalization. * Prepare and deliver custom, tailored presentations,product demonstrations, and negotiations that showcase the value of ourproducts and services with the goal of maintaining and expanding withinexisting accounts. * Understand, build, and own presenting of financialforecasts/objectives for assigned accounts. * Maintain a deepunderstanding of industry trends, client needs, and competitivedynamics. * Effectively use CRM tools to manage client data and salespipeline. * Prepare and present regular sales reports to the managementteam.
