Job Title: Technician

Job Description

As a technician, you will act as the crucial link between our lab and the laser safety room. Your main duties will include monitoring, documenting, and cleaning steel parts installed into semiconductor equipment sent in by our clients. You will be expected to process, test parts and assemblies received from high-tech manufacturing customers, all while operating in a critically controlled cleanroom environment. Following written instructions and procedures to the letter, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in your work area, are key parts of this role. You will also support inventory management to ensure proper stocking levels are maintained.

Hard Skills

Experience in a clean room or semiconductor environment

Mechanical aptitude

Proficiency in documentation and computer skills (Word, ERP, Engineering Documentation for safety SOP’s)

Soft Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Punctuality

Attention to detail

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Chandler, Arizona.

Work Environment

This job is based in a lab/cleanroom setting, where you will be working closely with the operations and engineering team. The shift schedule follows a backend compressed work week from Thursday to Saturday, with every other Wednesday included and built-in overtime. Punctuality and attention to detail are crucial in this work environment.
