　　Responsibilities

　　Supervise the daily activities of the assigned area(s).

　　Identify observations or trends having a negative impact on the campus and assists with the development of action plans. Conduct follow-up investigations on incident reports and analyzes incidents and conditions.

　　Monitor associate adherence to policies and procedures.

　　Oversee the training and development of staff. Develop, coordinate, and implement shift schedules to ensure proper security coverage and protection of the Hospital.

　　Assist with preparing security budgets. Maintain expenses within budget guidelines.

　　Assist manager with daily operation of the department including, interviewing, disciplinary actions, staff management and contract management.

　　Coordinate emergency drills.

　　Requirements

　　Licensure / Certification / Registration:

　　BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

　　Drivers License credentialed from the Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles preferred.

　　Law Enforcement preferred.

　　Management of Aggressive Behavior credentialed from the Management of Aggressive Behavior Training International, Inc. preferred.

　　Security Professional preferred.

　　Security Guard preferred.

　　Education:

　　High School diploma equivalency and 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technicaldegree and 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experiencerequired.Additional Preferences

　　5 years of Supervisory experience in Security.
