　　General Characteristics:

　　The Security Specialist Mid-Level provides all facets of program security management in support of SAP initiatives, including OPSEC, personnel, physical, information, industrial, and direct war-fighter support.

　　Duties include:

　　Provide SAP security administration and management to program elements.Coordinate tests, inspections, and repairs of program facilities, and ensure that all build projects meet DoD and ICD requirements.Ensure facility compliance with all policies and directives and provide guidance and oversight to defense contractors.Develop SAP documentation, security plans, and procedures for safeguarding classified information.Present indoctrination, debrief, and refresher training for program-briefed personnel regarding obligations to protest classified information.Ensure adequate secure storage and work spaces for customers.Maintain SAPF/SCIF.Provide security support at program meetings.Control visitor ingress/egress, answer phones, escort visitors, and interface with senior-level government and corporate officials and their staff.Manage the Security Awareness and Education Program, and review inspection results to correlate training products and priorities.Ensure proper handling of classified materials.Perform general clerical and security-related duties as needed.Qualifications:

　　Requires Bachelor's degree and three years of related experienceMust be capable of developing and implementing specific security task areas or specialties in support of a Special Access Program (SAP)TS/SCI clearance is requiredSome travel is required for this positionBenefits:
