　　Join ESG (Enterprise Security Group) Research Team!

　　Akamai is seeking an experienced manager to lead our ESG Research team. This unique team is responsible for Vulnerability Research and Malware Analysis in the company. Our primary goal is to share our findings with the broad information security community, and we thrive to help defenders better protect their networks.

　　In this role you will be:

　　Leading research projects in various domains: Low-Level Vulnerability Research, Malware Analysis, Threat Intelligence, OS Internals and Cloud.

　　Spreading the team's research through Akamai's blog, global conferences, webinars and other internal & external communications.

　　Collaborating with multiple teams in the organization, including PR and Marketing to amplify the team's findings.

　　Working closely with other security research teams to respond to breaking Cybersecurity news and share Akamai's perspective.

　　Do what you love

　　To be successful in this role you will:

　　Have 5 years of experience in conducting hands-on security research.

　　Have 2 years of experience in managing a technical team/group.

　　Have proven experience in publishing security research blog posts and/or articles.

　　Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

　　Have a good understanding of vulnerabilities, malware analysis and operating systems.
