EquipmentShare is Hiring a Security Operations Specialist

　　EquipmentShare is searching for a Security Operations Specialist for our corporate office in Columbia, MO, to support our team as the department continues to grow.

　　EquipmentShare is seeking a Security Operations Specialist to be responsible for observing rental facilities and other EquipmentShare operational areas using video technology and communicating with local authorities while protecting company property and assets.

　　Primary Responsibilities

　　Tend to video surveillance for entirety of shift

　　Be able to communicate with local authorities and team members if there are security breaches

　　Maintain logs and spreadsheets for management

　　Provide back-up service to the Customer Experience team

　　Exhibit excellent decision making skills while monitoring locations

　　Maintain professionalism while working with internal and external customers

　　Skills & Qualifications

　　Shifts will be 12 hours (Specific days and hours will be determined upon hire)

　　Must have high attention to detail

　　Excellent communication skills

　　Must be computer savvy and comfortable with multiple computer programs and set-ups

　　Prior surveillance experience a plus

　　High School diploma or GED required
