Allied Universal is Hiring a Security Professional to work at a Luxury Outdoor and Retail site in San Jose, Ca!

Pay Rate: $23.69 / HR

Shift: Overnight, Midnight-8AM, Wednesday through Sunday, 40 hours a week

Requirements:

*Active CA guard card license

*Some Security experience

*Must be able to pass a background check

*Be comfortable working in the elements

*Be comfortable standing, walking, or sitting for long periods of time

*Ability to use technology which includes, but is not limited to: phones, laptops, and tablets

As a Retail Security Officer, you will serve, safeguard and more for our clients and their guests in a retail setting.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
