Climax Molybdenum is the world's leading producer of molybdenum and has along, successful history of doing business in a safe, highly efficient andsocially responsible manner. We have operated in Colorado for more than 100years and today have mining and milling operations near Leadville, Kremmlingand Empire. Our Climax mine is located between Frisco and Leadville. OurHenderson mine and mill are an hour's drive apart - separated by theContinental Divide and a 15-mile conveyor system (10 miles isunderground). The Henderson mine is about 50 miles west of Denver and 10miles west of Empire, and the mill is located between Dillon and Kremmling.

　　DescriptionUnder close supervision, performs a variety of patrol, security, andemergency response and customer service duties at assigned location.

　　Greets and logs in all visitors and vendors at entrance gate*Notifies appropriate personnel or department of arrival*Directs visitors and vendors to destination*Enforces company policies and proceduresPerforms frequent patrols of the property*Walks or drives vehicle on irregularly scheduled rounds of property*Observes conditions of equipment, grounds and facilities*Reports damages or areas in need of repair to security supervisor or safetyperson on callConducts surveillance of locations or areas in which vandalism or criminalactivities have been notedAssists with and trained for emergency situations*Collaborates with police officers in the prevention of crime*Works with fire response units for fire suppression, and with medicalemergency response units in the event of emergency situations, at theassigned locationProvides basic life support, and if qualified, advanced life supportand/or paramedic services to patients including CPR and monitoring of vitalsigns, when needed*Communicates with hospitals to provide emergency care*Controls transfer of patients to medical facilities*Writes incident reports for calls attended and maintains appropriate logs*May provide instruction to general public on First Aid or CPRMinimum Qualifications include:

　　Current certification as an EMT is requiredSkilled in responding appropriately to emergency and conflict situationsKnowledge of site rules, regulations, policies and procedures andknowledgeable of the site topography and locations of emergency equipment andaccess pointsAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingProficiency in the operation of a personal computer to include MicrosoftapplicationsPreferred Qualifications:
