Johnson Security Bureau, Inc. is looking for professional Security Guards who have experience performing access control.

Experience: 2 years security experience

Shifts Available:

Morning Shift: Sunday–Friday 7AM-3PM

Morning Shift: Monday–Friday 6AM-2PM

Afternoon Shift: Tuesday–Saturday 3PM-11PM

Overnight Shift: Sunday–Thursday 11PM-7AM

Overnight Shift: Friday Saturday (11P-7A)

Morning and Afternoon Shift: Friday Saturday (7AM-3PM) and Sunday Monday (3PM-11PM). This is a split shift.

Expected duties may include but are not limited to:

Perform access control indoors and outdoors

Provide customer service while assisting clients, customers, employees, visitors, and guests

Report any suspicious persons, vehicles, packages and/or activities

Immediate response and assist to emergencies to provide necessary support and contact emergency services when necessary

Patrol site

Preform access control

Write incident reports and log book entries

Protect the client's and company's assets from theft, assault, fire or other safety issues

Ability to work independently and with other team members

Requirements:

2 years security experience

Valid New York State Security Guard License

NYC Fireguard S-95

CPR First Aid

High School Diploma or G.E.D. required

Flexible work schedule

Must be able to work weekends

Strong and Consistent Work Ethic

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Command of the English language and ability to be clearly understood in English

Strong smartphone tablet operating skills

Professional Demeanor and Appearance

18 years old (or the minimum age required by State)

Authorized to legally work in the United States

Pass a drug test with negative results

Pass an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, and employment and education verification, as well as Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks, if applicable

If prior military, must be able to provide a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, upon job offer
