As a Security Guard Residential , you will serve and safeguard clients in a residential community such as a gated community, condominium, or apartment complex. They provide access control and patrols while remaining visible and display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Payrate: $17.00 / per hour

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21+ years of age.

Required, ability to use computer or tablet.

Required, comfortable working outdoors in all elements of the weather for the entire shift.

Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to our clients by conducting safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
