About this role:

　　Wells Fargo is seeking a Securities Operations Associate Manager.

　　In this role, you will:Manage a team of specialists in transactional tasks ensuring quality and compliance in securities operations.Provide support for being a first point of contact for all delivery tasks and escalations.Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development.Ensure team consistently meets delivery expectations and resolve issues related to reporting, career path and related activities for direct reports.Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers.Lead team to achieve objectives.Manage allocation of people and financial resources for securities operations.Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.Required Qualifications, International:

　　9+ years of overall work experience in one of the asset servicing functions.Candidates are required to have experience in investment banking functions such as Payments, Reference data/static setup/security masters, reconciliations and functions related to fees and commissions payments.Experience in Securities Operations.1+ years of Leadership experience.Excellent communication skills.Desired Qualifications:Experience in investment banking functions such as Payments, Reference data/static setup/security masters, reconciliations and functions related to fees and commissions payments.Job Expectations:Process Management.People Management.Working Hours: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST.Work Location: Bangalore, India.Work Shift: Night Shift.Posting End Date:
