　　Position Description:

　　Coordinates a section in a department that has institutional oversight responsibilities. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a specific program or departmental project as well as the monitoring of program staff and operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise program staff, volunteers and/or students.

　　Major/Essential Functions:

　　Orders supplies for custodial services, fuel services, office needs, and management.

　　Communicates with the custodial department on budget and stays within budgetary planning. Works with vendors on various projects/orders.

　　Logs/maintains inventory records for services.

　　Communications - Using effective communication, answers Operations Division Services phones, talks with customers, and responds to Work Orders on behalf of Operations Division Services.

　　Relays customer needs to the appropriate person(s). Works with Day/Evening Supervisors on customer requests.

　　Follows up with customers on completed requests. Maintains services calendars & emails.

　　Enters temp payroll weekly and holds temp employee count & new temp registrations.

　　Check payroll daily and communicate to staff about any missing time or approvals.

　　Updates custodial night board/night box and speaks to services staff as calls are received of employees out sick/on vacation, etc.

　　Fuel - Provides general support for fuel services. Assist employees with fuel issues. Responds appropriately to fuel alarms and maintains proper levels of fuel. Maintains TCEQ certification. Support - Provides general support for services employees & services management team. Makes reference calls to support hiring managers. Performs additional duties as required by management.

　　Warehouse/Ordering- Oversees the Custodial Warehouse as needed in conducting inventory counts, stocking shelves, and ordering supplies to replenish inventory.
