DUTIES: Set up ofseasonal restaurant. Cleaning interior and exterior of facility in orderto achieve a clean and orderly condition for opening. Perform heavycleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing wallsand glass, washing cooking utensils and dishes, painting and removingrubbish. Moving restaurant equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers,steam tables, and microwave ovens from their stored locations atrestaurant to their operational positions at restaurant. Duties mayinclude performing routine maintenance activities, notifying managementof need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk.SCHEDULE: 35hrs p/wk and 7hrs p/day. Average shift time is 9AM - 4PM.WAGE: \$19.41 p/hr. Workers are paid bi-weekly. Possibility of, but NOguarantee of merit pay raise and/or bonus. Subsistence is limited toa minimum of \$15.46 p/day to a maximum of \$59 p/day with documentationof actual expenses. Employer will provide to worker without charge ordeposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to performthe duties assigned. Employer will reimburse worker for the cost ofreturn transportation and daily subsistence from the place of employmentto the place from which the worker departed to work for the employer ifthe worker completes the certified period of employment.
