Manufacturing company in the city of Vernon eagerly hiring a Maintenance Electrician with at least 2-3 years of experience in an industrial setting!

　　Position pays: $25-$30 DOE

　　Description:

　　Performs preventative and corrective maintenance on automated machinery that manipulates carbon steel tubing

　　Electrical troubleshooting repairs, replaces, adjusts and aligns components of machinery and equipment.

　　Inspect, maintain and repair industrial equipment

　　Record all maintenance and repair services performed

　　Study manufacturer manuals and blueprints and carefully follow directions when operating or setting up newly-acquired machinery.

　　Cut and weld metal pieces together as needed to fabricate new parts, assemble equipment or repair broken parts as needed.

　　Rigging and overhead crane operation, lifting device use and inspection and load calculations.

　　Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

　　Hydraulics, plc troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, Electrical, pneumatics, troubleshooting

　　Qualifications:

　　2 - 3 years of experience in an industrial setting

　　Degree or certificates are a plus

　　Bilingual, English/Spanish preferred

　　Positive attitude and willingness to learn

　　Proficient in comprehending schematics, hydraulics, and pneumatic diagrams, mechanical blueprints, welding, and fabricating skills.

　　Proficient in using hand and power tools, pullers, and jacks

　　Read schematics

　　Ability to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical repairs without direct supervision.
