Description

　　We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join us in our Lousiville office, supporting our team during the Spring tax season. This is a temporary position and candidates must be available to work end of January through April 17 of 2024. Full-time availability is highly preferred. This position will be onsite.

　　What your day looks like:

　　Interact with internal & external clients in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.

　　Print, assemble and prepare tax return documents for delivery.

　　Maintain a working knowledge/competency of appropriate systems and applications, including Word, Adobe, Excel and Outlook

　　Effectively file resources and/or documentation according to Firm electronic retention standards

　　Collaborate with local administrative staff to assist with administrative and office support coverage.

　　Perform other duties as assigned including, but not limited to, copying, front desk support, scanning, shredding, mail distribution, metering outgoing mail, restocking production rooms and technology check-out, multi-line phone system coverage, etc.

　　What you need for this role:

　　At least 1 year of experience in an Administrative or professional office environment

　　Advanced proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office products; GoFileRoom knowledge a plus

　　Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task as well as work within a team on projects

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and flexibility

　　Ability to effectively gather and disseminate information
