Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Food ServiceWorker. The Food Service Worker performsa variety of food service tasks such as meal assembly and service, dish-washing,sanitation, and safety.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Sets up the counter for food
Services food portions from steam table containers and frompre-measured custard cups and other dishes
Loads dishwasher, runs dishes through water, and stacks whencomplete
Scrubs pots and other kitchen utensils by hand
Washes and prepares vegetables and assists cooks with otherfood preparation duties
Prepares and serves fast-food items
Clears tables and cleans kitchen and dining area
Performs other duties as assigned/necessary
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to andfrom appropriate individuals (including but not limited to supervisors,co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time and move around ata brisk pace
Ability to work in cold/hot environments
Computer proficiency required
Monday-Friday - 10:00am-1:30pm - $20 / hr
