　　Your Role

　　Reporting to the National Sea Logistics Operational Care Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that our internal customers’ experience is a positive one each and every time they engage with the Operational Care Center. You will be part of a team within Operational Care Center (OCC), who are responsible for direct interaction with CCL’s – Customer Care Locations, proactive customer service, problem solving, follow up,interaction with our customer service colleagues.

　　Your Responsibilities

　　You will keep files related to all sea import and export shipments you are responsible for.

　　You will collaborate with Kuehne+Nagel employees in our more than 1,300 offices globally.

　　You will always challenge status quo when it comes to process improvement and cost control.

　　You will process all files within given Service level agreements while following all Kuehne+Nagel policy and procedures.

　　You will oversee Kuehne+Nagel's latest technology for Sea Logistics operations.

　　You will be responsible for oversee communications platforms for Sea Logistics operations.

　　You will ensure that all files are processed within Kuehne+Nagel's set standards.

　　Your Skills and Experiences

　　High School Diploma or equivalent.

　　You will have experience using email, chat, internet, and Microsoft Office Suites.

　　You will have the ability to work in the office Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 5:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break.

　　A desire to work in a modern, collaborative environment where teamwork is important to your everyday success.

　　10% domestic travel
