　　Your Career

　　The System Test Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software systems through effective planning, coordination, and execution of system testing activities. This individual will lead a team of testers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and establish testing processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

　　Your Impact

　　Test design, planning and strategy:

　　Lead the test design to a complex product based on microservices architecture

　　Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, strategies, and schedules for system testing

　　Collaborate with architects, UX designers, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define testing scope and objectives

　　Team Leadership:

　　Lead and mentor a team of system testers, providing guidance and support

　　Allocate resources effectively to ensure efficient and thorough testing coverage

　　Mentor/coach team members to be more productive and successful in their career development

　　Define the team charter and hire strategy if needed

　　Test Execution:

　　Oversee the execution of system tests, ensuring that test cases are executed accurately and within established timelines

　　Monitor and analyze test results, identifying and addressing issues and defects

　　Be able to align the priority with stakeholders and lead the team to deliver the testing tasks under tight deadlines

　　Collaboration:

　　Work with product engineering teams across different geographies effectively

　　Work closely with development teams, customer Success/Engineer, and quality assurance teams to ensure a collaborative and efficient testing process

　　Participate in project meetings to provide testing updates and address issues

　　Automation:

　　Evaluate and implement test automation strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of system testing

　　Supervise the development and maintenance of automated test scripts

　　Be able to set up the process for ensuring the test code quality and provide constructive feedback through the code review

　　Quality Assurance:

　　Establish and enforce quality standards and procedures for system testing

　　Conduct regular reviews of testing processes to identify opportunities for improvement

　　Documentation:

　　Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to test plans, test cases, and test results

　　Ensure that testing documentation aligns with project requirements and industry best practices

　　Your Experience

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or relevant military experience

　　10+ years of experience in highly technical roles in test engineering or enterprise services, at large organizations with a minimum of 3 years experience in managing a team

　　Proven experience as a System Test Manager or in a similar role.

　　Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.

　　Excellent leadership and communication skills.

　　Proficiency in test management tools and test automation frameworks.

　　Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in system testing.

　　Preferred Skills:

　　Main Cloud provider technologies, like AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, Alibaba, and so on

　　Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines

　　Familiarity with agile development methodologies
