Job Description: Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery Manager to join their team in Rochester, MN. In this role, you will primarily serve as a Scrum Master, overseeing the day-to-day activities and ceremonies of our development team. However, your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional Scrum Master duties, encompassing critical aspects such as driving product epic/feature readiness, test coordination, collaboration with partner teams, release management, and go/no-go decisions. These broader responsibilities fall under the umbrella of a "Delivery Manager," a role integral to ensuring the timely delivery of digital products and software. Key Responsibilities: Manage and facilitate development team activities and ceremonies as a Scrum Master. Drive product epic/feature readiness and coordinate testing efforts. Collaborate with partner teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of goals. Oversee release management processes, including go/no-go decisions. Play a pivotal role in content automation building capabilities, leveraging AI/LLMs. Contribute to the growth of an internal pilot, evolving into a full-scale team. Required Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 4+ years' experience as a digital project manager, Scrum Master, or equivalent role. Skills and Experience: Proficient in product management, with expertise in digital solutions. Strong understanding and application of Agile product methodologies. Effective communication skills to translate product vision and strategy across teams. Technical knowledge and experience working collaboratively with engineering/IT teams. Proactive problem solver with excellent planning and organizational skills. Familiarity with Scrum methodologies, certification (CSM, ACSM, PMI-ACP, or CSP) preferred. Experience in project management within the software development lifecycle. Strong knowledge of product management for digital solutions highly preferred.
