　　Your mission will be…

　　Ensures that the team is enabled to deliver in accordance with quality and compliance requirements of the defined process framework.

　　Supports and coaches the team to keep focus and achieve transparency in its progress also towards external stakeholders (e.g. project managers, line management) and the product owners.

　　Supports and coaches the team to commit to challenging but realistic and reliable sprint goals.

　　Supports and coaches the team in removing impediments and increasing visibility of those that the team cannot solve internally.

　　Takes care for a timely and constructive cooperation within the team and with other teams or relevant stakeholders.

　　Fosters reflection and continuous learning to increase team performance and value orientation.

　　Facilitates the team's creativity and self-empowerment to challenge product content definition and way of working.

　　Exchange best practices and collaborating with other scrum teams.

　　In case of large project supports inter team synchronization (e.g. scrum of scrum).

　　Drive the team development and to pave the way for the transformation.

　　Give feedback to the change team transformation and act as change agent.

　　We are looking for someone with…

　　Between 2 to 5 years of proven working experience as a Scrum Master in the information technology sector.

　　Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

　　Willing to learn with a curious and positive mindset.

　　You are a team player that likes to work in a multicultural environment.

　　Written and spoken English on a very good level.
