Overview:
The B2B Salesforce team is in search of an experienced Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead and support Salesforce development projects. As a key player, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, your expertise in agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and Salesforce development will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects.
Role Summary and Job Responsibilities:
Ability to work in an Agile framework and perform the Scrum Master role.
Demonstrate technical expertise to direct and provide guidance for planning and leading complex technology projects.
Manage and oversee project management activities, including project reporting, planning, issue/risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation, internal client management, relationship management, and other project documentation preparation for technology projects of low to medium complexity.
Develop budgets, statements of work, project justifications, and plans for technology projects. Define roles and responsibilities within the project team.
Coordinate with business SMEs, Subject Matter Experts, and engineers to ensure projects are appropriately staffed and resources are properly aligned and managed.
Decompose complex problems into discrete work units, identify non-obvious relationships and anomalies, and balance strategic and pragmatic concerns when solving problems.
Continuously look for process improvements and lead a small team for specific projects or tasks.
Requirements
Business Knowledge:
Advanced knowledge of Asset Management FinTech Domain specific to Distribution, Sales, Marketing, Corporate, and/or Investments.
Understanding of the life cycle of the product to the client in Financial Services.
Align with Product Owner to prioritize and deliver based on business strategy.
Requirements:
Typically 3 years of experience in the Financial Services industry with a preference for Asset Management.
PMP certification and/or Agile Scrum certification.
3 years of Agile Scrum Management experience.
Experience leveraging agile methodology and facilitating small to large-scale efforts across people, processes, and technology.
Knowledge of operations for the assigned business unit (Distribution, Sales, Marketing, Investments, and/or Corporate functions).
Experience running large-scale and/or multiple initiatives across people, processes, and technology with complex financial services organizations.
Ability to occasionally work outside of normal business hours to support off-hour release cycles if necessary.
Understanding of technology infrastructure and nuances, including testing, QA, production environment, test environment, engineering, etc.
Grounded in the taxonomy required to successfully implement an Agile technology program or project.
Familiarity with best-of-class technologies and the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Actively contribute to the application portfolio mindset and identify impacts across teams.
