　　Leidos is looking for a Scrum Master Team Lead to join a agile team using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology to support a nationally significant and fast-paced program.

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Responsible for technical planning and oversight of self-organizing team(s) to ensure the team is making progress against Program Increment commitmentsProtects the team from scope creep during execution of the PIRemoves impediments and evaluates solutions with the Release Train Engineer in implementing solutionsSupports and enforces Scrum process and other rulesMentor and coaches technical staff in order to meet missionProvides functional analysis and timeline analysis to ensures that the team has a clear understanding of Definition of Done and how to meet itCoordinates with other leads on the Agile Release Train (ART) and communicates status to managementWorks with the Product Owner(s) to review and prioritize featuresWorks with the teams to resolve problems requiring consideration of variables that impact multiple aspects of the project/program.Maintains and generates information radiators for the teamsCollects and shares team metrics with the team, determines when new metrics are needed, and develops improvements in metricsCoaches teams on agile and scrum principles with a goal of continuous improvementObserves team dynamics, recognizes strengths and weaknesses of individual team member's contributions, and coaches the team as a whole driving improvements in productivityCreates a fun sharing and learning environment, experimenting with various ideas to improve delivery including pair-programming and cross-functional trainingPromotes teamwork to achieve sprint goalsAs a subject matter expert will lead teams towards agile maturity

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph to be considered for this role.Typically requires a BS degree and 12-15+ years of prior relevant, additional experience in lieu of degreeExperience in working as a Scrum Master or Team Lead for a software development or similar technical teamCertified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or similar agile project management certification (PMI-ACP)Experience using agile project management tools (e.g. Jira,Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and time management skills are a mustAbility to thrive in a fast paced environment, across diverse systems and groups

　　Pay Range:

　　Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00
