Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Scrum Master in St Pete, Florida, 33702, United States. As a Scrum Master, you will be instrumental in facilitating Agile Development within our team, utilizing tools such as Atlassian Jira for project management. You will lead the team in identifying and resolving issues, tracking bugs, and implementing Cloud Technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile Scrum principles within the team, promoting collaboration and best practices.

• Utilize Atlassian Jira for effective project management and tracking.

• Lead the team in identifying, tracking, and resolving bugs to ensure smooth project progression.

• Implement and manage Cloud Technologies within the team.

• Utilize Epic Software for project management and team collaboration.

• Conduct AB Testing to optimize project outcomes.

• Monitor project Burndown to ensure timely completion.

• Maintain ScrumMaster Certification and apply principles effectively.

• Implement Six Sigma methodologies to optimize project outcomes.

• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement best practices. Requirements • Proficiency in Agile Development methodologies and principles

• Expertise in using Atlassian Jira for project management

• Experience in Bug Tracking to ensure software quality

• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies for efficient project execution

• Knowledge of Epic Software for healthcare project management

• Ability to conduct AB Testing for product optimization

• Expertise in Agile Scrum methodology for effective team collaboration

• Adherence to Best Practices in Scrum and Agile methodologies

• Understanding of Burndown charts for project monitoring

• Strong Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Must be a Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

• Comprehensive understanding of Scrum principles and practices

• Possession of a ScrumMaster Certification is mandatory
