Your responsibilities

　　Support SCM Head of Change Management and Continuous Improvement (CMCI) and SCM External Regulatory Compliance Manager to develop a holistic regulatory compliance framework which complies with upcoming legislative rules that affect Hitachi EnergySupport SCM Knowledge Manager to enhance current Regulatory Compliance Sharepoint (including forms and dashboards) to deliver accurate and up to date informationMonitor deliverables and follow up with action owners on past due deliverablesSupport in the creation of training materials/toolkits related to regulatory compliance frameworkSupport in the development of incident reporting tool for non-compliant requirementsRemain informed of changes to regulatory compliance requirements

　　Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in the related specialization area (e.g., Business Management, Change Management, Communications)Internship experienceProject Management / Digital Tools experience preferred but not requiredAbility to work successfully in multi-cultural teams, good interpersonal skills

　　and ability to build strong relationships with global and local stakeholdersFlexible and adaptable to work with multiple stakeholders in an agile environmentExcellent communication and analytical skillsFluent in English, both written and spokenProactive and structured mindset
