　　OTC Pharmacy Detailing Expert

　　Science Information Detailing activities for pharmacies mainly in Seoul & Metropolitan Seoul (서울 및 수도권 지역 약국 대상의 일반의약품 브랜드 심층 디테일링 활동)

　　This position reports into Selfcare BU Science Information Detailing (SID) Manager and is based at Seoul metropolitan area, South Korea.

　　What You Will Do

　　The OTC Pharmacy Detailing Expert is responsible for Detailing activities for Selcare Brands (3 OTC brads in Selfcare BU) mainly to pharmacies in the metropolitan area, based on the process and results of the work, we will create a model to increase Healthcare Professionals’ scientific knowledge and product recommendation of Kenvue Selfcare brands. Through qailified detailing activities and scientific seminars, Kenvue SID team will develop strong HCP engagement and increase product recommendation from HCP for Kenvue Selfcare’s long-term growth.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Maximize qualified product detailing and in-store merchandising activities in pharmacies

　　Develop key speacker group of HCP based on best practice case development and enhancing science knowledge sharing

　　Conduct product seminars with HCP with key accounts and regional pharmacy group and pharmacists association

　　Lead pharmacists congress and academic events

　　Maximize brand communications and campaign execution and exposure at major accounts working with commercial team closely

　　Lead Perfect Pharmacy Execution Project

　　Support for Science Marketing activities & Consumer Research

　　Participate product detailing program development with Selfcare Science Marketing manager aligned with brand plan & HCP engagement plan

　　OTC Pharmacy Detailing Expert : 일반의약품 약국 디테일링 전문가는 주로 서울 및 수도권 지역의 약국을 대상으로 셀프케어 브랜드(일반의약품 3개 브랜드 : 타이레놀, 니코레트, 로게인)의 디테일링 활동을 담당합니다. 헬스케어프로페셔널에게 질환 관련 과학적 지식을 전달하고 켄뷰 셀프케어 브랜드에 대한 인지도를 높이기 위해 질환과 치료제애 대한 심층적인 디테일링 (질환 및 최신 치료가이드, 치료제, 임상레퍼런스, 환자 복약지도 정보 등)과 학술 세미나 등의 다양한 활동을 지원합니다. 또한 헬스케어프로페셔널 대상의 다양한 학술 활동을 지원합니다.

　　약국에서의 심층 디테일링 : 질환, 최신치료 가이드, 치료제, 임상 레퍼런스, 자사 제품의 정보를 전달함

　　과학에 기반한 질환 및 제품 디테일링 컨텐츠 개발을 지원함

　　환자에 대한 이해 및 환자 대상 복약지도 물품지원 밀 제품 진열 활동 지원함

　　중장기적 브랜드 전략에 기반한 제품 디테일링을 통해 켄뷰 셀프케어 브랜드의 인지도 및 제품 추천을 강화함

　　심포지엄, 세미나 등 다양한 학술활동을 지원 혹은 진행함

　　Perfect Pharmacy 프로젝트 실행을 주도함

　　What We Are Looking For

　　Required Qualifications

　　3 years sales or marketing or training or medical information experience in OTC or ETC sector at pharma or healthcare company

　　Preferred direct pharmacy sales experience

　　Desired Qualifications

　　Basic understanding of business development & marketing

　　Major relating with Biology/Chemical/Physiology & Pharmacology preferred

　　Good communication & negotiation skill

　　Good inter-personal relationship

　　Proactive & positive & innovative mind

　　English communication (Writing & Oral) ability

　　MS Office skills (Excel, PPT, Word) proficiency

　　Required Qualifications (필수자격)

　　헬스케어 기업에서 일반의약품 혹은 전문의약품 분야에서 23년 이상 (혹은 그 이상) 영업, 마케팅, 학술, 교육 등의 업무 유경험자

　　약국 대상 혹은 약사 대상 업무 유경험자 선호

　　Desired Qualifications (우대자격)

　　생물학/화학/생리학 및 약학 관련 전공 선호

　　훌륭한 커뮤니케이션 및 협상 능력

　　우수한 대인 관계 능력

　　적극적이고 긍정적이며 혁신적인 사고방식

　　영어 커뮤니케이션(글쓰기 및 구두) 능력

　　MS 오피스 기술(엑셀, PPT, 워드) 숙련자
