In this role, you will be responsible for providing forward looking, strategic HR support to your business customers. In partnership with the business, HR leadership and HR COEs, you will own and drive human resource programs and support across workforce productivity and engagement, organizational design and performance, talent management, and diversity and inclusion.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Engagement: Help drive the right behaviors and positive mindset through coaching and influencing leadership. Be a champion to drive inclusion and diversity within the organization
Talent Management. In partnership with the business and HR leadership, own and drive succession planning, calibration, and workforce planning.
Change Management: Focus on driving process improvement; utilize Fortive Business System (FBS) tools to improve upon and streamline HR processes. Build processes and culture to recommend new HR approaches that effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of HR within the organization.
Demonstrated business acumen: Drive HR strategy and practice in a way that better enables the business to meet goals and objectives. Closely partner with business leaders to understand business goals and company initiatives and recommend innovative HR approaches to enable the organization to achieve these goals
Performance Management: Drive the Performance Management process within assigned business groups; partner with managers on items such as, employee relations, talent bench strength improvement, organizational design, succession planning, talent development, retention assessments and talent reviews
Data driven approach: Track, analyze and submit metrics as needed; use Problem Solving Process (PSP) to analyze data and drive improvement in metrics including exit interview data for retention purposes.
2+ years’ experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in a high-growth, fast-paced and changing environment with a solid track record of successfully implementing and driving HR programs and initiatives.
Ability to interface at all levels of the organization and influence outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to understand an organization’s operations and functions, as well as the industry and competitive environment in which the organization operates
Proven ability to generate consensus across diverse parties, influence high-impact decisions, provide critical feedback, and lead difficult conversations
Experience successfully applying creative HR solutions to solve root cause problems and deliver breakthrough results
Demonstrated high-intensity, high-initiative approach towards owning and driving the people and talent agenda
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make connections across complex organizational or business concepts, to implement strategy, structure, and processes
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree required; master’s degree preferred.
Professional HR certification a plus

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
