  Job Description:

  SCHOOL BASED SPECIALIST SUPERVISOR

  Springfield, Missouri

  We are seeking a School Based Specialist Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you will provide supervision, support, and guidance to a team of School Based Support Specialists who work with students and families in schools. You will also work closely with school administrators, teachers, and other staff to ensure that our services are aligned with the needs of the school and its students.

  Key responsibilities:

  Provide regular individual supervision and team meetings to support the growth and development of School Based Support Specialists

  Collaborate with School Based Specialists to deliver high-quality clinical services, including accompanying them on client visits to ensure worker safety and quality performance

  Assist supervisees in managing their time effectively, in accordance with DMH standards and departmental needs

  Participate in staffing meetings to identify client needs, set goals and objectives, and manage case assignments

  Contribute to the quality assurance process by presenting and facilitating case discussions, providing input, and participating in ITP development and updates

  Serve as backup support to supervisees as needed, providing direct crisis intervention during regular business hours and on a call-down basis outside of office hours

  Review and monitor written documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, providing constructive feedback and taking disciplinary action as necessary

  Qualifications:

  Master's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or related field; OR Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or related field plus relevant experience

  Acceptable driving record and personal auto insurance coverage
