Job Description:
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Health Unit Coordinators and other patient support staff. Will be in charge of scheduling of staff, ensuring that time cards are prepared for manager approval and monitor sick calls as needed. This position will provide leadership to the department to ensure that staff provides high quality work by mentoring staff through demonstration of techniques, coordination of learning experiences and provide direction to staff to appropriate resources. Also responsible for the prompt, efficient, and accurate performance of staffing the patient care units for the current day and future shifts. Will also provide clerical support required to validate staffing information on an ongoing basis.
Education Qualifications:
Education Completion of a health unit coordinator program or medical secretary program. Experience 2 years of applicable experience.

$20.91 - $31.37 / hour
The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
