Duties include, butare not limited to:

　　Analyze routes, develop bus route schedules, prepare headways, createbus operator work assignments, perform run cut, and evaluate costs ofnew or modified service.

　　Ongoing monitoring and monthly reporting of service performance andquality of service.

　　Conduct research and data analysis in support of determining transitservices and schedules.

　　Act as agencys contact with the planning and development community inthe service area.

　　Plan and attend public hearings regarding service changes.

　　Develop and/or assist in the development of short-term and long-termplans.

　　Develop and analyze transit service alternatives, improvements, andservice delivery methods.

　　Assist in the purchase, construction, and implementation of capitalassets.

　　Collect, organize, analyze, prepare reports, and maintain statisticalpassenger data used to determine trends, problems, or opportunities forimprovement in service changes.

　　Gather, maintain, analyze, and report all ridership data to the NationalTransit Database, General Manager, and Board of Directors.
