Description:

　　-Scheduler will be working directly with mobile phlebotomists and patients to schedule at-home appointments of blood draws.

　　-Take a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.

　　-Work through orders as sent out by the doctors, viewing relevant information through their internal system.

　　-Provide exceptional customer support when interacting with patients and contract phlebotomists.

　　-Data entry of appointments scheduled in their internal system.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　-High School diploma

　　-Undergraduate Degree preferred

　　-1-3 years of customer service or data entry experience

　　-Plus: Bilingual in Spanish
