　　A Scheduler is needed for a global biotechnology company known for discovering and developing innovative oncology medicines in the Hopewell, NJ area. The role involves planning and executing projects in DS manufacturing, Validation, and Tech Transfer, requiring excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

　　responsibilities:

　　Plan and implement projects in DS manufacturing, Validation, and Tech Transfer.

　　Define tasks and required resources for project execution.

　　Create a project document schedule and timeline.

　　Report on the project status and present progress reports to stakeholders.

　　Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables.

　　Skills:

　　Excellent communication skills.

　　strong problem-solving skills.

　　Proficient in project planning, risk management, time management, and other project management skills.

　　Possess a Project Management qualification (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent experience.

　　Experience in strategic planning and risk management.

　　Conflict resolution experience.

　　Education and Experience:

　　Scientific degree (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry, or related discipline).

　　Minimum of 5 years' experience in validation, biological quality assurance, and/or quality control in an FDA-regulated biotechnology or pharmaceutical company.
