　　Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Scenario Generation Analyst III to join our team in Herndon, VA.

　　Description:

　　The Scenario Generation Analyst III is responsible for leading a team in developing and executing realistic and challenging scenarios to support wargaming exercises. They collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to design and implement complex scenarios that accurately simulate real-world operational environments. Expertise in scenario development and analysis is an essential contribution to the success of critical wargaming initiatives. They lead the development and execution of realistic and challenging scenarios for DoD wargaming exercises. They collaborate with SMEs, Military Analysts, and stakeholders to understand operational objectives and requirements. They conduct comprehensive research and analysis to gather relevant data and information for scenario development. The Scenario Generation Analyst III designs and implements scenario frameworks, including mission objectives, operational constraints, and adversary capabilities. They develop detailed event scripts and injects to simulate realistic operational conditions and challenges. They coordinate with technical teams to integrate simulation tools, models, and databases into the scenario environment. They monitor and control scenario execution during wargaming exercises, ensuring adherence to established timelines and objectives. They collect and analyze data generated during exercises to evaluate scenario effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. The Scenario Generation Analyst III provides expert guidance and recommendations to enhance scenario development methodologies and tools. The Scenario Generation Analyst III supervises, and mentors subordinate project and Team ManTech staff.Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in military science, operations research, computer science, or related discipline with 9 years of experience. (Can be substituted for a HS diploma with 13 years of experience or an Associates with 11 years of experience.)

　　4 years of experience in scenario generation, wargaming, or related fields, preferably within the DoD or Defense industry.

　　2 years of experience with DoD Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) and wargaming processes.

　　Strong knowledge of military operations, tactics, and doctrine. Familiarity with wargaming methodologies, frameworks, and tools.

　　Proficiency in data analysis and modeling techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

　　Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Master’s degree in military science, operations research, computer science, or related discipline.

　　Experience with computer-based wargaming tools and simulations.

　　Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in wargaming and simulation.

　　Certification in wargaming or related fields.

　　Clearance Requirements:

　　The ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Clearance is required prior to starting this position.

　　Must be a US Citizen.

　　Physical Requirements:

　　The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
