Methodist Hospital is looking to hire a Rehab Care Tech to join our physical therapy team! Duties require initiative, organizational skills, written and telephone communication skills, basic computer skills and patient care skills. Essential tasks include assisting the rehab professional with patient treatment, exercise/ADL set-ups, hydrotherapy, ambulating, patient transfers, patient transport, patient scheduling and other care as assigned. Work Schedule: Required Qualifications: High School Graduate/GED 6 months exp. as a rehab aide or nursing assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant training. Knowledge of medical terminology Customer relations experience Preferred Qualifications: Current enrollment in an allied health program preferred.
