Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Scanning Digitizing Clerk in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. In this role, you will be operating scanning equipment and digitizing physical records, documents, and photos. You will also ensure that all scanned documents are clear, legible, and complete.

Responsibilities

• Operate scanning equipment to transform physical records, photos, and documents into digital format.

• Ensure the clarity, legibility, and completeness of all digitally transformed documents.

• Organize and index scanned documents into appropriate digital folders or systems.

• Cross-check accuracy of digital files against original physical documents.

• Conduct routine checks to ensure compliance with company standards.

• Handle, maintain and troubleshoot scanning equipment, including addressing technical issues.

• Take care of sensitive and confidential materials, ensuring their secure handling.

• Assist in preparing documents for scanning by removing staples, paper clips, or bindings.

• Adhere to established workflows and meet productivity deadlines.

• Keep an accurate log of completed work and provide regular updates to supervisors. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Strong 10 Key Skills

• Proven experience in Data Entry

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Ability to handle Email Correspondence professionally

• Experience in Organizing Files in a systematic manner

• Ability to Perform Calculations accurately

• Experience in Scanning and digitizing documents
