Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5 AM - 3 PM Pay: $17 - $18 per hour (Based on experience) The saw operator will be responsible for meeting DMC cutting standards, determining which cutting process should be used in each situation, using various tools and machines, calculating the optimum material utilization for each bar and sheetrock, and cleaning, cutting, and deburring steel. This position will also ensure that material is issued at the end of each shift, maintain the work area by 5S standards, report necessary maintenance and repair for equipment used in the sawing department, and cross-train in other areas. Lifting requirements for this role are up to 50 pounds.
