Position Summary

　　As the SAP Technical Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the technical aspects of SAP projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a team of SAP technical experts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of SAP technologies, project management skills, and the ability to drive technical excellence.

　　Duties and Responsibilities

　　Under limited supervision, general direction, etc. and in accordance with all applicable government laws, regulations and ASP policies, procedures and guidelines, the duties and responsibilities of this position include:

　　· Project Leadership: Lead and manage SAP technical delivery teams, providing guidance, direction, and mentorship. Develop and execute project plans, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

　　· Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of SAP technologies and solutions, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, and other relevant modules. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging SAP trends to drive technical innovation.

　　· End-User Engagement: Collaborate with end-users and IT teams to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on SAP technical matters and best practices.

　　· Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of SAP technical professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

　　· Production Support and SLA Metrics: Manage production support for SAP systems, ensuring high availability and performance. Define and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for production support, working closely with the support team to meet and exceed SLA metrics.

　　· Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure the resolution of technical issues promptly.

　　· Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality SAP solutions. Conduct regular technical reviews and audits.

　　· Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, change requests, and status reports.

　　· Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve delivery processes and methodologies. Encourage innovation within the team to optimize SAP technical solutions.

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

　　Minimum of 8 years’ experience managing technical teams, SAP experience is a plus

　　Medical Device industry or medical field is a plus

　　Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager in SAP projects managing cross functional teams.

　　Proven experience leading, developing, and managing technical professionals.

　　Strong knowledge of SAP technologies and solutions.

　　Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

　　Excellent leadership and team management skills.

　　Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

　　Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

　　Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

　　Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

　　Experience with SAP Firori.
