You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of SAP as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

　　The Work:

　　Support our clients as SAP teach arch and basis expert with thorough understanding of the latest SAP technology, tools, and architecture including BTP and cloud.

　　Identify, assesses and solves complex SAP technology problems for both new implementations and application management scenarios.

　　Perform system-wide analysis regarding the allocation of enterprise application technology and performance

　　Develop analysis of technology architecture design in coordination with designers, architects, developers, and business analysts

　　Develop SAP landscape strategies, transport strategies and information lifecycle management strategies.

　　Ability to communicate technical issues, plans and solutions from both a business perspective and a technical perspective providing pros and cons for recommended solutions

　　Manages small-medium sized teams and/or work efforts at a client

　　Travel to clients offices may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

　　Here’s What You Need:

　　Minimum 5 years of SAP Basis or SAP Tech Arch experience, either cloud or on-premise

　　Minimum 3 years or SAP HANA basis or S/4HANA basis experience

　　Minimum 3 years of managing a team of technical SAP resources, on or offshore

　　Expertise in SAP Solution Manager and system monitoring

　　Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

　　Bonus Points If:

　　You’ve earned SAP S/4HANA Certifications

　　You have experience from SAP RISE implementations

　　You know SAP performance optimization

　　You know SAP Archiving

　　Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
