　　We are looking for a Successfactors Senior Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful individual will be a strong corporate citizen with passion for delivering excellence and quality.

　　The functional consultant will be part of the implementation of SuccessFactors talent module in end to end implementations. The Functional Consultant will be covering both the internal and external (client facing) activities such as workshops and requirements' gathering as well as configuration of the solution and documentation of the process. The ideal candidate would be able to apply best practices, have country specific knowledge and technical know-how, ensure that the solution fits the client's requirements and specifications and propose workarounds when a gap is identified.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Contribute and lead efforts to the solution design, review, and alignment of deliverables, and ensure his/her project team adhere to all standardsEnsure proficiency and quality in the configuration, use and deployment of corresponding modules in the project currently assigned withApply project methodologyProvide subject matter expertise to all technical and functional resources assigned in the project - Provide deliverables and project objectives to functional and technical resources assigned to the projectMentoring project resourcesSupport the progress of the team, working closely with other business teamsRegularly reporting progress and issues to client on both a formal and informal basisIdentifying any risks and proposing solutionsDocument business requirements and proceduresAnalyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions

　　Required Skills:

　　Strong experience in IT industry, experience in SAP HR/SuccessFactorsExperience leading minimum 3 Talent Modules implementationsCertification in EC is mandatory. Certification in any of SuccessFactors modules will be positively valuedExperience in virtual team and remote working environmentHigh level of English is required. Additional languages are welcomeA high level of customer focus to support our vision of client satisfactionFlexibility and patience in working in a dynamic/challenging environmentExcellent communication and presentation skillsExcellent analytical skillsStakeholder management experience and expertiseTime and workload management
