SAP SD and S/4 expert

　　You will work closely with business and IT teams to identify and maximize opportunities to promote the strategic use of information technology by implementation of projects, enhancements, change requests, support and providing business consulting.

　　You will be part of SAP global team of experts providing proactive consulting and innovations for returns business process optimizations within Customer Services Managed Logistics as an integral part of our passion in driving the digital transformation of Siemens Healthineers.

　　Customer Services Managed Logistics relies on a high-performance culture and is focused on business innovation and customer satisfaction - whether service parts or the provision of digital services.

　　Your area of responsibility will focus on the process of timely high availability of spare parts and fully automated returns processing, ensured by a global warehouse network. A customer-specific development is used for the returns process.

　　Your tasks and responsibilities:

　　• You are responsible for the development of market-leading, highly efficient SAP SD solutions in the area of material logistics with our business partners, demand managers and other implementation teams

　　• Together with the business, you will design IT solutions towards S/4HANA in your area of responsibility and proactively develop future processes. You will always keep an eye on optimization and consolidation

　　• Together with the partners from the business, you create requirements and acceptance criteria for the system and coordinate the development teams

　　• You contribute to keeping our solution approaches up to date worldwide

　　• You are also responsible for interfaces to other systems/processes

　　• You coordinate with the service provider who provides the technical implementation as a service

　　• You will support overarching projects related to your area of responsibility as a subject matter expert

　　• You are responsible to design harmonized processes and best practice SAP implementations and key player in transition to S/4 HANA

　　Your qualifications and experience:

　　• You have successfully completed a Master's degree in computer science or engineering

　　• You already have several years of professional experience in the requirements management of IT systems

　　• We also welcome applications with a Bachelor's degree or completed professional training and further education in conjunction with additional professional experience in this field

　　• You have good knowledge of SAP SD systems and ideally in the area of service processes for master data maintenance

　　• You have already gained in-depth experience in the S/4 HANA environment

　　• You have gained initial experience in SAP project management

　　• You are familiar with ABAP programming and SD customizing

　　• Knowledge of related SAP modules such as MM or PP is a plusSAP certification is preferred.
