　　HOW WILL YOUR EVERYDAY BE?

　　• Participate in large global programs which help Automotive & Mobility clients (mainly in North America) design and implement new business processes, organization capabilities and digitally enabled solutions to provide them with the necessary strategies and tools to position their organizations for high performance.

　　• Provide solutions for complex client problems across the SAP S4 HANA ERP landscape throughout the project lifecycle, providing subject matter expertise with a strong strategic awareness.

　　• Create innovative solution designs that utilize our extensive service offerings.

　　• Support our business development activities, working with our sales teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan and delivery approach for SAP transformations.

　　• Be responsible for integration with different ERP Solutions including SAP and create proof of concepts as and when required.

　　IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS:

　　5-10 years of SAP S4 HANA MM/ Ariba/ FICO/ PPDS/ VMS/ SPP/ SD/PP/QM/ EWM/ IBP experience working on SAP delivery engagements

　　SAP S/4 HANA implementation on concerned SAP sub module is mandatory

　　Experience in automotive verticals is highly desirable

　　Proven success in client-facing roles for 4-5 engagements

　　Ability to integrate concepts like Value Potential & Realization, Business Case development.

　　Knowledge on business transformation and project lifecycle frameworks and approaches.

　　KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

　　Advanced English (mandatory). CV in English (mandatory)

　　Advanced in Microsoft Tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

　　Strong project management skills and ability to run projects on your own

　　Comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the “C” level executives in a range of environments

　　Understand customer needs and translate them to business requirements (business requirement definition)

　　Ability to independently liaise with customers and convincingly present solutions

　　Excellent teamwork and ability to work in distributed delivery environment
