Job Description Summary

　　At Avio Aero, a GE Aerospace Business, we’ve been reimagining the power of flight for more than 100 years. We are specialized in the design, production and maintenance of components and systems for both the civil and military aviation.

　　In this role you will focus on ongoing management/maintenance of Avio Aero’s SAP environments, services & operations ensuring business continuity, capacity management, incident response.

　　Job Description

　　Essential Responsibilities

　　Responsible for day-to-day operational execution of SAP Application Maintenance Support and SAP infrastructure service

　　Work with the Digital Technology Operations Leader for helping to develop the strategy & implementation for the whole DT Operations stream

　　Governance all related SAP Services and incident according the IT Service Agreement with external provider

　　Supervise internal and external audits on SAP landscape (SAP R/3-ECC, SAP EWM, Spazio middleware and interfaces with external system to SAP), including SOX and CMMC audit requirements

　　Supervise and coordinate the outsourced service delivery teams, control, track and report both technical and costs aspects

　　Manage a vendor support team of technical and functional experts, interacting directly with other cross-functional support teams for timely resolution of production application issues

　　Build strong team relationships with multiple stakeholders including business, support teams, vendors, and end users

　　Manage and drive relationship with suppliers reviewing innovative ideas and improving resolution, by reducing the need to escalate to vendors

　　Qualification/Requirements

　　Bachelor’s degree preferred, in Computer Science or related disciplines or Engineering or High School Diploma

　　Significant experience in the SAP environments

　　Experience in cross-application build of processes (i.e. interface management) or AMS topic management or Role and Profiles Governance

　　Experience with multiple infrastructures & architectures elements

　　Ability to lead and run remote teams, act independently and as part of a team

　　High level of energy and enthusiasm with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment

　　Fluent Italian and good English knowledge

　　Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required

　　Product Owner SAP, Middleware and inbound/outbound interfaces

　　Management of AMS SAP, Basis, Infrastructure, Identity and Access Management

　　Management SAP Audit (SOX, CMMC and financial audits)
