　　Business Transformation Services (BTS) is the business consulting unit within SAP that assists customers in maximizing the benefits from technology and digitalization in their business. 　　What you will be doing

　　At BTS, we act as trusted advisors and support our customers with their transformation projects both from a business perspective as well as the corresponding IT capabilities. Together we help customers in the private and public sector realize their most pressing digitization topics. BTS allows you to work with a variety of experts in a multi-disciplinary environment of highly motivated and experienced colleagues. You increase the customers value by:

　　Developing and putting into practice business processes and IT-strategies towards a digital transformation

　　Preparing investment decisions based on value assessments and business case examinations (WHY)

　　Developing best-fit SAP cloud platform and application architecture (WHAT) followed by transformation roadmaps in close collaboration with process and solution experts (HOW)

　　Supporting large customer transformation processes as a transformation manager

　　For our Polish branch with a focus on the local market we are looking for an experienced SAP generalist to act as the key contact person for Business Transformation Services as part of a regional team.

　　What you will bring along

　　We are looking for advisory minded colleagues with comprehensive industry, process and SAP product and architecture experience from a multi-national environment to guide decision makers and work as transformation advisors. As a BTS consultant, you advise customers on how to develop and implement business processes and IT strategies towards digital transformation.

　　Fluency in both Polish and English is required.

　　In addition to your rather broad than deep SAP product and architecture knowledge, you should have a good understanding of industry and IT trends as well as business and processes. You should also have:

　　SAP implementation experience is vital

　　Experience with self-managed project work at customer, with high focus on customer orientation

　　The ability to think conceptually while focusing on quality and deliverables

　　Flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt in a new environment, where you can grow quickly

　　Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to design and deliver high-impact presentations

　　Proven leadership skills in motivating teams and leading panels and discussions

　　Can-do attitude
