Smart Infrastructure Electrification Automation (SI EA) Medium Voltage Switchgear Factory in Gebze is the lead factory for Air Insulated Switchgears in Siemens World and exporting more than 80 countries worldwide. For our SI EA division we are searching for a SAP Business Analyst! This role will be responsible for preforming analysis, reporting analysis, ensuring solutions meet business needs, implementing and testing solutions in SAP.

What part will you play?

Performing requirements analysis

Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.

Identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Preparing management reports.

Preparing capacity and load utilization reports.

Reporting MPS FTA calculations to the management.

Implementing and testing solutions

SAP data collection, data cleansing, data standardization and conversion activities.

Creation execution of SAP Query

Coordinating and collaborating with factory internal groups.

Monitoring and tracking key process indicators.

Evaluating the process risks and initiating necessary actions.

Following Siemens Production System principles.

What you need to make real what matters.

University degree in Industrial, Mechanical or any relevant engineering department.

Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing environment.

Knowledge on production technologies and scheduling of manufacturing.

Confidence working with complex data and systems

Understanding of how IT can be used to resolve problems

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

Having practical skills in MS SQL, MS Power BI and advanced Excel for developments, data processing and data analytics, any other programming language would be an asset.

Very good knowledge in Excel macros

Competency in several SAP modules such as MM- materials management; WM-warehouse management; PP-production planning; SD- sales and distribution is a must

Excellent understanding of the master data objects used in the following modules: MM, PP, WM, FI, SD

Excellent analytical thinking skills

Advanced command of English, German is an asset.
