　　Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented SAP BI/BW Developer to join our team in the Ft. Detrick, MD area.

　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP BI solutions.

　　Develop and design reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using SAP BI tools (e.g., SAP Business Objects, SAP BW).

　　Design and develop data models, data sources, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure accurate and timely data integration.

　　Integrate data from various sources into the SAP BI system, ensuring data quality and consistency.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Experience with large scale agile approaches such as SAFe

　　Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

　　3 to 5 years experience as a SAP BI Analyst, with expertise in SAP BI tools such as SAP BusinessObjects, SAP BW, etc.

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

　　Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration within the SAP BI landscape.

　　Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders and IT teams.

　　Familiarity with database systems, SQL, and data warehousing concepts.

　　Knowledge of data visualization best practices and principles.

　　Clearance Requirements:

　　Must be a U.S. Citizen; Can obtain a Public Trust clearance; and will be subject to a Tier 3 Investigation for DoD Common Access Card (CAC) eligibility only. Candidates who have recently completed T3 investigations are a plus.

　　Physical Requirements:

　　The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

　　For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
